Come, lets shout praises to
our God . . . and why?
Because God is the best
In one hand he holds deep caves and caverns,
In the other hand, grasps the high mountains.
Psalms 95: 2-5

The Average July temperatures: (min./max) 41/69 degrees F.
The Average January temperatures: (min./max) 9/29 degrees F.

 |
Should I be worried about altitude sickness? |
 |
Everyone
feels the effects of less oxygen at 10,000 when they are physically
active. Some folks develop a headache, and a few people feel nauseous.
Symptoms may persist from a few hours to a couple of days. By drinking
lots of water and taking it easy the first day to acclimate, almost
everyone can tolerate the altitude. If you are prone to altitude
sickness, your family doctor may be able to prescribe medication
to ward off the more unpleasant symptoms of altitude sickness. |
